PATENT LAW:
With a technical background in electronics engineering and industrial standards management and years of academic training in comparative studies on intellectual property systems, Leon is facile in preparing, filing and prosecuting U.S. and PCT patent applications for inventions in the fields of electrical and electronics engineering, computer hardware and software, Internet technologies and e-commerce, new aviation technologies, air navigation and air traffic control, medical devices, health foods and drinks, new drugs, as well as electronic and mechanical toys.
 

IMMIGRATION LAW:  
Leon is also well familiar with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (CIS) procedures for filing all kinds of non-immigrant visa petitions (E, H, L, O, P, R), asylum application (I-589), as well as immigrant visa petitions such as employment based immigration (I-140), investment immigration (I-526), religious immigration (I-360) and family based immigration (I-130). Leon is well experienced in representing asylum applicants before CIS and the Immigration Court.
