Alan joins the Schinner Law Group as a recent graduate of the LL.M. in Taxation program at Golden Gate University School of Law where he graduated with Honors. He is a member of the State Bars of California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. His primary focus involves assisting individuals with estate planning, probate, business, and tax related matters.
Prior to joining the Schinner Law Group, Alan completed a judicial externship with Judge Marshall Whitley in the Probate and Guardianship Division of the Superior Court of California in Oakland and clerked for the Tax Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California in San Francisco. In addition, Alan has volunteered with Tax Aid, an organization which provides free income tax preparation for low-income families in the Bay Area.
